Participation Waiver: I understand that pickleball is a game that involves physicality and risk to myself and others. I agree that I am physically fit and have sufficient abilities to participate in this event. I agree to assume responsibility for all risk, property damage, or bodily injury to myself, or that I cause, or partially cause, as a participant.  I release and discharge, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, Joss Pickleball, Friends of Thai Daughters, Visama, all involved venues, their respective administrators, directors, agents, officials, and other sponsoring agencies and advertisers used to conduct the event, from any and all liability, present and/or future, which may arise in conjunction with my participation in this program, to the extent allowed by law.

Also, I consent to the use of my picture, or likeness, in any official documentary, sponsor advertisement, or exclusive media coverage in any manner incidental to my participation in this program, and without compensation to me.
